The gig was held at The Journal Tyne Theatre in Newcastle and was one of two shows the band played to help raise money for the homeless charity, Crisis.
Some of the fans at the gig paid up to £1,000 for a ticket as it was one of the only shows the band have played this year in the UK.
Britain's Got Talent presenters Ant and Dec opened the show and received a good reaction from the fans.
As frontman Chris Martin came on to the stage, he made a joke relating to the two presenters.
He said: 'If you're just a big PJ and Duncan fan, just have a bit of sympathy. It's a small venue so we can see all your reactions.'
