Coldplay have confirmed their new album will be called Mylo Xyloto.
The British band also revealed their fifth studio record will be released by Parlophone Records on October 24. The record has been produced by Markus Dravs, Daniel Green and Rik Simpson, with additional composition from Brian Eno.
"Hello everybody, we have finished our new album... we hope you like it and we hope you are well,' the band posted on their official website.
Last year, frontman Chris Martin revealed the new album title would comprise of two words, with the first word beginning with M.
Mylo Xyloto - pronounced my-lo zy-letoe ' will be released in digital, CD and vinyl formats.
A special limited edition pop-up version will also be available, featuring a hardback book of graffiti art designed by David A Carter. It will also contain excerpts from the studio diary, photographs and passages from the group's personal notebooks.
The band have also revealed their next single, Paradise, will be released on September 12.
Mylo Xyloto follows Coldplay's 2008 hit album Viva La Vida ' which topped the charts in 36 countries. A track listing for the album has not yet been made available.
