A number of musicians including Coldplay and U2 have paid their respect to Clarence Clemons after he passed away over the weekend (June 18)
Clemons, who suffered a stroke last week in Florida, passed away after numerous complications on Saturday (June 18).
During their show at Anaheim's Angel Stadium U2 paid tribute to Clemons, performing 'Moment Of Surrender' during their encore.
Speaking about Clemons, Bono told the audience: "I want you to think about Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. I want you to think of Clarence Clemons. This man has carried music, and music carried him until this day,"
In a statement on their website, Coldplay called Clemons their ''favourite saxophone player".

Clemons appears on Lady Gaga's new album 'Born This Way', on tracks 'Hair' and the latest video for 'The Edge Of Glory'.
