Coldplay's Chris Martin has admitted that he believes that his band are the best in the world when it comes to live performances.
In an interview with Q magazine, the frotman said: ''When do you think we should stop? What should we do? I'm genuinely confused?"
He continued: "There's a certain point where you go from being the hot guy in the bar to the seedy old man at the strip club. Now both those people love sex just as much as each other. At what point do you cross over?
"To make a record it has to mean everything so we'll only do another one when it means everything again."
Martin added: "For all the insecurity and paranoia off stage, on stage I f*cking love it. I love our band. And I have to do it. The fun of it, the joy of it.
''On stage I don't have any doubt about who's the best f*cking band in the world. But only for 90 minutes."
Meanwhile, Chris Martin recently said that he will never go solo as he would be 'terrible'.
The singer, whose band released their latest album 'Mylo Xyloto' on October 24, said he wouldn't even get a gig at Butlins without his bandmates.
