US pop singer Demi Lovato will let her fans decide which European cities she performs in this summer, in a new and innovative deal with Shazam.
The 'Skyscraper' star and X Factor USA judge caused ticket mayhem when her one-off London gig at Koko in Camden sold out within minutes of going on sale, causing fans to furiously demand she announce further shows. Lovato will perform more gigs in Europe this summer - but even she doesn't know where yet.
Locations for her European gigs will be determined by music tagging app Shazam. The cities that 'tag and identify' her track 'Neon Lights' the most number of times will be rewarded with a concert from the young star. Let's hope she doesn't end up playing a gig in the Ukraine, eh.
The competition will run from 28 April for three weeks, when the luck countries playing host to Demi Lovato on her Neon Lights tour will be revealed.
