The American songstress attended Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane's birthday event in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
Demi shocked onlookers when she arrived at the party hand in hand with on-off boyfriend Wilmer, 31.
"They were dancing and making out all night," a spy told the New York Post. "She was doting on him."
Despite the amorous display, Demi recently revealed she doesn't have a boyfriend.
She's previously enjoyed a high-profile romance with pop star Joe Jonas.
Seth's annual bash had a 1950s New York theme. It boasted gambling tables and dancing women in a box. Acrobats were also scaling the walls at the event.
Sources also added that Olivia Wilde danced the night away with Edi Gathegi.
Mel Gibson was also at the do and reportedly "kept to himself".
