Overview
The 18-year-old actress-singer posted a message on her Facebook page, on Saturday, to express her gratitude to her fans for sticking by her during “this difficult time”.
She wrote: "I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time.
"Thank you for standing beside me through it all."
The teenage star is currently undergoing treatment for “emotional and physical issues”, which meant she was unable to attend the People's Choice Awards, where she won two trophies for her role on Grey's Anatomy and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.
It is not yet known when Lovato will be able to leave the treatment facility.
