Looks like Demi Lovato won't have to get a day pass from rehab in order to attend court after all. Don Karpel, the attorney for back up dancer Alex "Shorty" Welch—who claims that Lovato assaulted her on the Camp Rock 2 tour, shortly before the Sonny With a Chance star entered rehab to deal with "personal" issues—tells E! Online that Lovato and her legal team are agreeable to striking a deal in order to avoid a lawsuit over the issue. The revelation comes following news that Welch was preparing to launch legal proceedings against the Disney starlet over the October incident. Says.....
