Drake apparently ended up in hospital after a fight with Puff Daddy yesterday.
The two rappers are alleged to have been involved in an altercation outside a Miami nightclub in the early hours of Monday morning.
According to TMZ, the musicians had a heated conversation about business outside the LIV venue, where they had been partying to celebrate DJ Khaled's birthday. Witnesses claim voices were raised, with Puff apparently declaring, "You will never disrespect me," before punching Drake.
New York Post's Page Six alleges Drake, 28, ended up going to hospital with an injured shoulder.
"Diddy left LIV on his own and made a beeline towards the car, like he was a man on a mission. Drake got out of his SUV, and there was a scuffle before it seemed that Drake had hurt himself, he was holding his shoulder like it was dislocated," an insider told the publication.
"He was in obvious pain. Diddy was heard shouting something to the effect of, 'Handle your business!'"
Page Six adds the reason for the spat was music rights, with Puff apparently adamant Drake was using his tune without permission.
Puff, 45, apparently headed back into the club, but it's thought Drake held back to avoid more trouble.
It's not the first time Drake has been involved in a high-profile fight. In 2012 he and Chris Brown had a spat inside a nightclub in New York. It's believed they were feuding about Rihanna, who dated both musicians.
Drake received more heat recently too, when Chris claimed he had been going on dates with his now-ex Karrueche Tran. However, Drake denied the rumours.
