Drake's fans believe he was the reason rival Chris Brown was denied entry into Canada.
Chris was turned away at border patrol mere hours before he was set to hit the stage in Montreal on Tuesday night.
But while the 25-year-old is reported to have taken it on the chin, Drake's fans were quick to give the Canadian-born rapper credit, blowing up Twitter with hilarious memes and posts.
"Chris Brown was denied entry into Canada...I know @Drake had something to do with it...where is that #6god?" one Twitter user wrote, while another posted, "'Yea his full name is Christopher Brown, make sure he does not get in to Canada.' – Drake."
Plenty of photos of Drake, 28, laughing hysterically and talking on his phone accompanied many of the posts.
Along with his performance on Tuesday, Chris was also due to play a show in Toronto on Wednesday night. Both gigs were sold-out.
Taking to Twitter following the incident, he informed his fans that he would have to reschedule, though he quickly deleted the post.
"Unfortunately I will not be able to perform in front of sold out crowds in Montreal & Toronto. The good people of the Canadian government wouldn't allow me entry. I'll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!" he wrote.
Of course, the real reason he was denied entry into the country was more likely due to his long criminal history. According to Canadian law, if a person has been convicted of assault, that may make them "criminally inadmissible".
The star's spokesperson, Nicole Perna, confirmed that immigration officials did indeed deny him entry and that he hopes to return at a later date if permitted.
