Chris Brown's lawyer has reportedly given police "physical evidence" to show Drake was involved in their fight.
According to TMZ, Mark Geragos visited the New York Police Department yesterday. He allegedly presented proof that Drake and rapper Meek Mill "were the aggressors" during the brawl in a New York City club in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Chris is believed to have spoken to officers yesterday and is reportedly not being treated as a suspect but "a witness and a victim".
Drake has also been co-operating with police and is not currently a suspect either.
It has been suggested that the instigator could have been a member of Chris' entourage who provoked Drake and his friends throughout the evening at WIP nightclub.
The tension reportedly spilled over after the two groups began trash talking and Drake flashed his middle finger after feeling disrespected.
Chris' security team are believed to have got involved and then people began pushing each other and throwing bottles.
Some sources insist Drake was not physically involved in the altercation and his representatives have insisted he "did not participate in any wrongdoing".
Chris received medical treatment for a cut on his chin, while his bodyguard Big Pat was hospitalised after suffering a wound to the head.
Authorities are investigating the incident and video footage of the fight taken by onlookers is surfacing.
