Dry the River have announced details of the release of a new single. New Ceremony will be released on Monday 15th April 2012 through RCA Victor. The single will be available as a limited edition gatefold 7" (to coincide with Record Store Day) and download.
The single is taken from their recently released 11-track debut album Shallow Bed, which was produced by Peter Katis (The National / Interpol) at his Connecticut home-studio during the summer of 2011 and will be accompanied by a video filmed in L.A. by cult director Raul B. Fernandez whilst the band were on tour with Alabama Shakes.
Having started the year with as one of the 15 artists on the prestigious BBC Sound of 2012 shortlist, they recently announced their biggest headline show to date at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire in November. This show follows their headline UK tour in April / May, which includes a SOLD-OUT show at the Electric Ballroom in London.
