American singer Eddie Fisher has died in a hospital in Berkley, CA at age 82.
He died on Wednesday night after complications from hip surgery.
The singer was known for the 50s pop hits 'Thinking Of You', 'Any Time', 'I'm Yours', 'Wish You Were Here', 'Lady Of Spain' and many many more.
His tumultuous personal life included marriages to both Debbie Reynolds and Elizabeth Taylor. His marriage to Reynolds saw him become the father of Carrie Fischer, best known for her role as Princess Leila in Star Wars.
