Singer Ellie Goulding has warned haters not to mess with her, as she is one "tough bird".
The 28-year-old Lights hitmaker has been the victim of intense media scrutiny in the past.
But Internet trolls and all types of others who make bullying a priority better watch their step when Ellie's around.
"I'm a tough bird," she laughed to UK newspaper The Sun. "Don't mess with me. I am a fighter — like a boxer.
"I can't stand any injustice. I was like that at school if anyone was being bullied.
"I won't put up with haters. I had them at the beginning of my career but look, I'm still here.
"I suppose I was foolish in listening to what people said about me because it's not clever. But now nothing bothers me or gets to me."
Ellie revealed a few years back she suffered from severe panic attacks, which forced her to take medication Diazepam for a brief period.
But she is happy to report intense anxiety episodes are behind her.
"I don't have panic attacks any more, I haven't had them for ages," Ellie said. "It's taken all these years to get to the me I am now. This is how I should be.
"I feel I am me now and I was probably like this before I started out. But it takes a record deal, winning the BBC Sound of thingy and the Brit Award and all that followed. I'm not surprised I was messed up.
"Now I think about it, it's too much for a human to take on. It was too much for the brain.
"Don't get me wrong, everything happened for a reason and I wouldn't be here now if I hadn't done the things that I've done. But I am glad I got that out of the way."
