Ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday evening, music streaming service Spotify has predicted the leaderboard based on Spotify streams* of the finalists' tracks – with Sweden triumphing and the United Kingdom coming in at number 19.
This year's Swedish entry, from Måns Zelmerlöw, has seen the highest number of plays on Spotify*, with controversial non-European finalist Australia narrowly missing out on the top spot. Based on current streams, last year's winners Austria are predicted to fall short of their 2014 success, coming in at number 15. The 2014 Austrian winner, Conchita Wurst, will be performing at tomorrow's event in Vienna.
The list has been created using the number of times each Eurovision track has been played, excluding results from the artists' home countries.
