By all accounts August is a busy month for festivals - there's the big ones, Reading and Leeds where you can catch the likes of Foals, Chvrches and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and V Festival who'll be hosting Justin Bieber, David Guetta and Rihanna.

And there's the independent ones like Shambala, with a cinema in the woods, mass participation yoga, with some unusual dancing thrown in as well.
