Two years after wowing America on The X Factor USA, girl group sensation made their highly anticipated UK TV debut on The X Factor semi-final results show last night.
Their massive performance of the anthemic BO$$ saw the girls dazzle viewers at home with their powerhouse vocals, choreography from Brian Friedman and the track that tops Michelle Obama's working-out playlist.
Earlier in the day Ally, Camila, Dinah, Lauren and Normani took time out to meet the finalists and share some advice with Andrea, Ben and Fleur.
The girls were also reunited with "Uncle Simon", who proudly welcomed them to the original home of The X Factor. Fellow judges Mel B and Cheryl Fernandez Versini couldn't leave their judges chairs fast enough to dance along, and wasted no time in congratulating the girls on their performance.
Asked who she would like to collaborate with, Cheryl told The Xtra Factor: "After Fifth Harmony tonight, maybe we'd become Sixth Harmony!"
BO$$ is now available on iTunes in a special bundle with the Meghan Trainor-penned Sledgehammer.
The girls whirlwind first visit to the UK may be over, but with the British public welcoming them with open arms, it's not going to be very long until they make their return!
