Fifth Harmony love seeing women "amp" each other up.
The American girl group have become a worldwide hit since forming on the US version of The X Factor in 2012, with their single BO$$ winning them a Teen Choice award last year.
Quizzed on how they avoid any cattiness during their time together, member Lauren Jauregui explained how their fame has affected their relationship.
"We've been through the highest points of our lives together and the lowest points of our lives together. Through that process you get to know the best of people and the worst of them, and I feel like respect is knowing both and being able to surpass the negative things," she explained to complex.com. "You have to recognise that they're human beings and they're going to have their negative things, just like you're going to have your negative things... Also being role models for younger girls has helped us. We talk about it so much, how we love seeing when women amp each other up and help build each other up and not tear each other down."
Lauren is joined by Ally Brooke Hernandez, Normani Kordei, Camila Cabello and Dinah Jane Hansen in the line up and the girls are currently promoting their latest track Worth It, as well as being in the midst of their Reflection Tour. Worth It features rapper Kid Ink and the ladies are thrilled to have teamed up with the star.
On the topic of their top rappers right now, Lauren, Normani, Camila and Ally all named Drake as one of their favourites, while Dinah chose some classics from the genre.
"Tupac. I love his lyrics. Snoop Dogg is so smooth, he's not as aggressive, his flow is clean," she gushed.
