Overview
Pop rockers, Fountains of Wayne, rocked the at the New Jersey radio station G106.3's "Santapalooza" last weekend.
The concert at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville was in bassist Adam Schlesinger home state. Referring to the Cristal champagne the band was given in its dressing room, Schlesinger joked to the audience "We're now officially rock stars."
In addition to playing crowd favorites "Stacy's Mom" and "Bright Future in Sales", the Grammy nominees played a classic-rock medley which included portions of Tom Petty's "Listen To Her Heart," Z.Z. Top's "Sharp Dressed Man" and others.
Expect to hear much more from these guys soon.
