Metropolis recording artists Front Line Assembly are regretfully canceling their planned US tour this Fall. "We have had too many problems putting the tour together, and the bottom line is if we can't put on a good show for you the fans, then it's just not worth it. We apologize to all of you," said keyboardist/vocalist Bill Leeb in a statement.
The tour was set to begin on Halloween and run through the end of November in what would have been their first trek since 2007. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and problematic issues, the band has instead opted to look forward and plan for a 2011 tour of the US in support of their new album Improvised. Electronic. Device.
Added keyboardist Jeremy Inkel, "We are sorry to all the fans and promoters and we will do everything we can to make it happen next year." The European tour is unaffected and will continue as planned.
What a bum out for FLA fans. Well, there is always next year.
Were you planning to see FLA?
