The reality TV star famously underwent 10 procedures in one day last November and boasted of how pleased she was with the results, becoming a poster girl for cosmetic alterations.
But she has since dramatically changed her mind and in a new interview said plastic surgery almost wrecked her life.
In a US television special called Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far, on ABC, she opened up about why she went under the knife.
'It really got to me what people would say about me, that I had a horse face or a Jay Leno chin... Just really horrible things and I started believing it.
'I just got really insecure once I got immersed into Hollywood and I started being famous and recognised.'
The 24-year-old said she had her first breast implants and nose job after a Playboy shoot in which editors decided to alter her pictures.
'They digitally enhanced my breasts because they were too small for the photos,' she said. 'That was one of the biggest insecurities I had.'
