The 24-year-old former Hills star said the new show will be 'very exciting'.
She added to Extra: 'It's very dramatic. It's very crazy... There are several celebrities competing for a partnership in this restaurant, so we're building it from scratch.'
The new show sees celebrities competing against one another in weekly challenges at a restaurant in West Hollywood.
Montag will be competing against stars such as The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub.
The contestants will have to concept, market and hire staff before eventually pulling off a grand opening.
