Reality star Heidi Montag recently sat down with ET and revealed reconstructive plastic surgery and even allowed the TV series to film the operation.
Montag has 6 pounds of implants (each one weighs about 3 pounds) taken off her chest, after she has damaged her spine, nerves as these F cup sized implants cause years of living with pain.
Montag had a second breast augmentation a few years ago to increase to size F cup. Although she enjoyed the look, her implants caused her serious health issues and forced her to recently have them removed.
"I do regret getting the implants," she tells ET. "...My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big. ... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."
The implants weight caused a ruptured disc in her neck, muscular and spinal damage to her back, and numbness in her arm due to pinched nerves. Watch: http://et.tv/1agJnBC
She had the F-cup implants replaced by D-cup implants and allowed ET inside the operating room for her procedure.
