The Harry Potter actress, 44, is to receive the coveted Richard Harris Award for her outstanding contribution to British film.
She is also up for the Best Supporting Actress gong for her role in The King's Speech, in which she stars alongside Colin Firth.
The film – a historical drama directed by Tom Hooper – has been nominated for eight awards at this year's ceremony.
Neeson, 58, will pick up the Variety Award at the ceremony on 5 December, which recognises an actor, director, writer or producer who has helped to focus the international spotlight on the UK. Previous winners include JK Rowling, Richard Curtis, Sir Michael Caine and Helen Mirren.
