The 42-year-old will perform the show, Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, from October 25 to December 2 at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York.
Along with musical numbers, it will also feature Hollywood songs.
According to BBC News, the X-Men star said in a statement: 'I can't believe it's been seven years since I was singing and dancing on Broadway.
'There is nothing like performing on the Great White Way and I'm so excited to be coming 'home.''
He will apparently perform songs from productions including Oklahoma! and Carousel.
The Australian actor is also reportedly set to star alongside Russell Crowe in Tom Hooper's film adaptation of the musical Les Miserables.
