Those caring, sharing music executives have ordered Janet Jackson to shed some weight ahead of the release of her new album.
According to the New York Post, Jackson has plumped up since she was last seen in public, showing too much flesh at the Super Bowl.
Virgin records now want her back to her svelte self before the album is released.
"Janet had a really bad year," an insider told the New York Post.
"After the incident at the Super Bowl, it just went downhill.
"Her album 'Damita Jo' was a flop.
"Then her brother Michael had the child-molestation trial."
