Janet was appearing onstage at Sydney's iconic Opera House as she performed what was meant to be the third of her Number Ones concerts in the city.
Towards the end of the two-hour set, Janet was cheered and applauded as she spontaneously declared her support for the guilty verdict.
Moments later, addressing the crowd, she added: 'I want to thank all of you, for all of your love and all of your support.
'It's not just for me but for my entire family.
'Thank you so much.'
She first performed at the iconic Opera House on Saturday night but cancelled Sunday night's show just one hour before she was due on stage.
The star wore just one outfit for Tuesday's entire show, black jeans, a black T-shirt, a sequined belt and black boots.
She wore a white jacket for the first few songs.
She made no other reference to Dr Murray's trial during the show.
In the performance, Janet pulled off some of hers, and Michael's trademark moves.
She couldn't manage a moonwalk however, but did strike a 'crucifixion' pose, which Michael was known for.
