Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles dance to her songs in their socks.

The rapper and his singer wife ditch traditional meetings with record executives to see which songs work best.

Instead they test out her new tunes by prancing around at home with no shoes on.

"Yeah, [we] dance to it in our socks!" Jay-Z revealed to Angie Martinez on New York's Hot 97 radio.

The star, real name Shawn Carter, admitted the speaker system inside their house is good enough to host their private listening parties.

He confessed his spouse also has too many great songs to release her fifth solo LP.

"Right now, Bey has 100,000 amazing songs, just playing 'em," he revealed.

Jay-Z recently released his Magna Carta... Holy Grail. He discussed his fears about fatherhood in a piece entitled Jay-Z Blue.

The dad to 18-month-old daughter Blue Ivy also reiterated he'd love to have more children with his wife.

"Absolutely, God willing," he said. "Get this little basketball team going... It's all part of the elaborate plan."

The business mogul denied he was creating a duet album with his partner and praised Kanye West for his work on Yeezus.

He thinks his friend's latest offering is very influential.

"I love it," he shared. "It's polarising because it's art. That's what art is; it forces you to have an opinion."

Jay-Z recently sparked chatter when he mentioned Miley Cyrus' twerking skills in his track Somewhere in America.

He said he believes the former Disney star is rebelling against restrictive expectations with the suggestive dance.

"I think it's more reaction to people [who] want her to be Hannah Montana," he commented.

"People want her to be something and she's like, 'I'm not that,' " he said. "That must be really frustrating and this is her reaction to it. Of course, maybe it's loud, but it's understandable."
