Life just keeps getting better for Kendrick Lamar. A week after MTV announced Compton's good kid as the Hottest MC in the Game, K-Dot figures to take things to a level higher with a Jay-Z-assisted remix to his fan-favorite "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe."
The track hasn't been officially released, but on Wednesday night, Hov's dedicated engineer and DJ Young Guru spun the song during a SXSW party at the Empire Auto Space in Austin, Texas — and of course, like all things in this digital age, it was caught on film. "Remember where you heard it first," Guru shouted before spinning the exclusive.

The song starts with the familiar Sounwave beat and Lamar's hook, until K-Dot breaks form, spitting, "Look inside of my soul and you can find gold and maybe get rich/ Hol' up Trinidad James hit four weeks, but now my album hit platinum and sh--."
From there, the west coast MC unleashes a brand-new verse and salutes New York rap legends like Chuck D and Jay-Z, foreshadowing Hov's upcoming performance on the record.
"Up in the clouds, me and my spouse/ Rumors on the ground getting too loud, please turn them sh--s down," Jay begins his bars before he drops clever Hillary Swank and marijuana-laced metaphors.
Lamar then piggybacks off Jay's rhymes with another verse, but Guru cut the song off before Kendrick could finish his rhymes. Originally "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe" was meant to feature Lady Gaga, but Kendrick told that the "business end" of the game prevented the collaboration from happening. The Fame Monster went on to release her version of the track in the form of a viral video in November, just a few weeks after Kendrick dropped good kid, m.A.A.d city.
No word on when the song will officially be released, but Kendrick's current single "Poetic Justice" is sitting at #7 on Billboard's Rap Songs charts.
