Jay-Z has named Pearl Jam, Passion Pit, Skrillex, Santigold, Janelle Monae and more for his Made In America festival.
It was always going to be interesting to see which acts Jay-Z would get for his new festival, Made In America, which will take place in Philadelphia on September 1 and 2.
The Facebook page for the festival just announced the first announcement and it's a pretty forward-thinking collection of EDM, hip-hop, electro-pop, indie, punk and, uh, Pearl Jam.
Joining Jay-Z on stage are: Pearl Jam, Skrillex, Miike Snow, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, Odd Future, D'Angelo, Maybach Music (featuring Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill), Passion Pit, Santigold, Dirty Projectors, X, Janelle Monae, Prince Royce, Rita Ora, Savoy (DJ set), and The Knocks.
While avid music fans will be well aware of the artists, some Facebook commenters are baffled with the line-up. More big names are sure to be added, especially since Jay-Z said himself that Beyonce will appear.
