Jay-Z will following in a long line of international superstars to take to the stage at the renowned UK ceremony - including his wife Beyonce Knowles, Prince and Kanye West, who was joined on stage by a troop of gold-painted female dancers in 2006.
The evening is set to be a star-studded event as the music industry's biggest stars will turn out to watch the ceremony.
'Fight For This Love' singer Cheryl Cole and Lily Allen – who received three nominations yesterday (18.01.10) - have also been confirmed to perform.
Lady Gaga, Florence and the Machine, Pixie Lott and boy band JLS also received nods in three categories, while Dizzee Rascal, Paolo Nutini, La Roux, Empire of the Sun and Animal Collective are all up for two gongs.
