Overview
The 23-year-old singer was forced to cancel a string of summer dates and a slot supporting Katy Perry on tour after slipping off the stage during rehearsals in June.
She told Q magazine that the shock came from realising that she was only human after all.
'Just after I broke my foot I was in my living room and I put on Beyoncé's Save The Hero, like, 'If I'm not around, who saves the superhero?' And it made me realise like, s**t, I need someone no.'
'People think you go to a special hospital, get special casts and treatment. It's like, 'No, I'm the same as everyone else', and that was a moment I had a proper good cry.'
