The 23-year-old star admitted that she hopes to shave off her trademark black bob next year while live on TV.
She said to BBC Newsbeat: 'I'm so ready for it. Bic it, powder it, who cares? My hair will grow back.
'There are times when I wish I could have done marathons, but with my heart problem I couldn't - but there are things I can do to raise money.
'There are a lot of celebrities who would say 'I'd shave my hair' but they wouldn't.
She added: 'My bob has become too much of a thing - and I want to get rid of that. I want to just make money and think it's going to be an amazing way to do it.
'I'm going to do it on live TV and pick five charities that mean something to me. I'm going to do something every year - raise a million every year and do something people wouldn't expect me to do.'
