Recently the organisation responsible for the ceremony confirmed it will not consider honouring the 30-year-old and other reality television stars.
They had released a statement on their Facebook page saying: 'Someone asked if we give reality show characters stars? Hell to the No!'
But TV personality Rivers doesn't agree that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star should be banned from receiving the honour.
Joan, 78, told the Huffington Post: 'They should include Kim.
'If they don't want her hands, they should do her butt.'
