Joy Division are to feature in a big screen documentary as well as the upcoming biopic "Control", it has been announced.
The seminal Manchester band are the focus for a new movie directed by Anton Corbijn, which follows the life and death of singer Ian Curtis.
Their career will also be detailed in "Joy Division", which premieres at the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival next month.
Co-written and directed by Grant Gee, who has previously worked with Radiohead, the documentary will also feature members of New Order and the late Tony Wilson.
Meanwhile, plans to re-release the landmark Joy Division track "Love Will Tear Us Apart" to coincide with the current activity around the band have also been revealed.
