Julianne Hough: High-waisted clothes work for me

The Footloose actress believes the cut can hide a multitude of sins.

“The things that work on me are high-waisted,” she told Life & Style magazine. “I tend to cover up my hips. My mom calls them saddlebags. Anything high-waisted is good for petite girls. It defines my waist and top half, especially when I'm heavier and haven't been working out. Also heels. I'm small, and I feel more sophisticated in heels.”

Meanwhile, the dancer, who is dating DJ Ryan Seacrest, admitted she is quite a homebody when it comes to her ideal Saturday night.

“There are two: The first one is when I have a group of my best friends and couples over for dinner at the house and we have good wine, good food, where we're just talking and having fun, some good music on and we dance and goof around. The other is staying in, staying in my pajamas all day, watching movies, puttering about, eating good food and relaxing.”
