The 32-year-old actress, who has daughter Suri, five, with husband Tom Cruise, said that she plans to stay away from the surgeon's knife as she gets older.
But what if it she doesn't stick to her guns? 'I'll have to figure that out,' she told Instyle magazine, 'But I don't think I'm ever going to do my lips, my sisters would kill me!'
With her own fashion label, Holmes & Yang, she said that when it comes to her wardrobe she likes to be adventurous, as long as it suits her.
'I'm not afraid to try a new designer or do something trendy, but it has to look right on my body,' she explained.
'You don't want to look like a fashion victim! Certain colours don't work on me; yellow isn't my friend. I don't like big, poufy sleeves. And some dresses, like if it has a big bow and skirt, are too old-ladyish on me. If I can wear it when I'm 80 I'm going to wait.'
