The 32-year-old star was promoting her new movie Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark when she appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon while in New York.
Holmes teamed up with a member of the audience to play against Fallon and another audience member.
The Batman Begins star was the first to take to the drawing board and tried to draw Harry Potter but her teammate failed to guess correctly.
Fallon then tried his hand at drawing but his picture of Lady Gaga also failed to win him a point.
Their teammates then tried to draw love handles but neither Fallon or Holmes guessed correctly.
The famous pair then competed against each other to draw an iPad with Fallon's partner finally guessing correctly and winning the game.
