Katy Perry drops baby hint

The singer has been engaged to British comedian Russell since the beginning of the year, and it believed they will wed within the next few weeks.

Katy and Russell are avid users of the social networking site Twitter, and they often share romantic messages with each other online for the public to read. Katy took to the site today to congratulate Russell on his second autobiography, My Booky Wook 2 being released, and sparked rumours she may be expecting a baby soon by suggesting his third book will be about parenthood.

“Congratulations @rustyrockets on your new book (out today in the UK!) #bookywook2! NEXT book: The double d's: "Dishes & Diapers" ...hehehe (sic)”, Katy wrote on her Twitter account.

The quirky pair’s relationship blossomed just over a year ago at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, and they have been inseparable ever since.

At the weekend Russell enjoyed a star-studded bachelor party in London, and Katy partied with celebrity pals such as Rihanna in Las Vegas for her bachelorette party the week before, suggesting wedding bells could be ringing very soon.
