The 26-year-old Teenage Dream singer, who wed the British funnyman earlier this year, gushed about their love in an interview with Grazia.
She told the UK magazine: 'He's so intelligent, so full of wonderful plans. If you really want to know what made me fall in love with him it was seeing how amazing he was with people, particularly with children.”
She added: 'Russell has changed his life and wants to help other people change theirs. For all his naughtiness on the surface, underneath he's truly good.'
Asked whether she wants children, Perry said: 'Absolutely. I don't want to miss out on any experience. I want lots of children. It's all very possible.'
