Grammar is trying to race through his divorce to wife of 13 years Camille Grammer, even though it could cost him as much as $50 million.
Now Grammar has confirmed that he is engaged to Brit lover Kayte - and wants to marry her as soon as he can.
'Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer,' the actor told People magazine.
Although he refused to give any details on a wedding date, he said: 'We are planning something we wish to be a private affair among several of our friends.
'Anything else is conjecture and false. Kayte and I are the only reliable source for this story. End of story.'
Grammer has two kids with Camille, daughter Mason, 8, and Jude, 6. He also has two older daughters, Spencer, 27, and Greer, 18, from previous relationships.
