The former Playboy model – who is in the process of divorcing the 'Frasier' actor after 14-years together – claims he never told her he had started a relationship with flight attendant Kayte Walsh, and even denied he had got her pregnant.
Instead, the news was broken to Camille by a concerned pal, who was "upset" after seeing Kelsey's "behaviour" during his time living in New York City.
She said: “I asked our friend, ‘Is Kelsey leaving me?’ And she said, ‘Yes.' I called him but couldn’t get through, so I texted him and asked him to please call me. Nothing.
“An hour later, I texted him again and he wrote, ‘I don’t want to talk.’ I wrote, ‘We’ve been together for 14 years; I deserve an explanation.’ Finally, three hours later, he called me and basically said, ‘I don’t want to be married anymore.’ I started crying and he said, ‘Oh, grow up.’ ”
When the same friend told Camille – who has daughter Mason, nine, and son Jude, six, with Kelsey - that Kayte, 29, was pregnant, the actor reportedly denied this too.
She explained: “I called Kelsey and asked, ‘Is this true? We have two children together. Please let me know so I can prepare them.’ And he said, ‘No, I swear she’s not pregnant.’ I believed him.”
However, the pregnancy was confirmed two days later when Camille was starting working on her reality show 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', but Kelsey refused to answer her calls. Six weeks later, Kelsey announced Kayte had miscarried their unborn baby.
Despite leaving her, Camille hopes they can be friends again one day.
She added to People magazine: “Kelsey’s made some very selfish choices that broke up our home. He didn’t destroy us, but he broke up our family.
“I’m so blessed to have these children in my life, and I thank Kelsey for that.
“I want him to be happy … At some point, when the hurt goes away, I hope we can be friends again.”
