According to TMZ, the former Cheers star, 56, turned down an offer of 50/50 custody over their six-year-old son, Jude, and nine-year-old daughter, Mason, and has now asked the courts for full custody.
The children currently live in LA with Camille while he has set up home in Chicago with new wife Kayte Walsh, and sources say that Camille has branded the move 'another act of creepishness and chutzpah'.
She is said to have vowed to 'fight like hell' to keep her kids 'exactly where the children wish to be', and will reportedly argue that Kelsey is not fit to care for the children full-time because he, 'abandoned his family and fathered a child out of wedlock … which speaks volumes about his parenting' - in reference to Walsh who he met whilst starring on Broadway.
