The Frasier star wants his divorce from Camille Grammer finalizing as soon as possible so he can wed Kayte Walsh, celebrity website TMZ.com reports.
He is said to be asking a divorce judge to grant the divorce decree and leave all of the money issues for later.
Under California law a divorce can become final six months after a petition is filed.
Camille filed for divorce on July 1 – meaning Grammer could get married as soon as January 1, 2011 if the judge grants his request.
A friend of Camille told TMZ she “is not surprised but continues to be disappointed at Kelsey’s immature and disrespectful behaviour.”
