Kim Kardashian has taken to Twitter to blast her late father's widow.
The reality television star's father Robert Kardashian married his girlfriend of six years two months before he died of esophageal cancer in 2003 at the age of 59.
Ellen Kardashian reportedly went to InTouch magazine with the late lawyer's private diaries, composed between 1989 and 1990.
She claimed in them Robert detailed how his ex-wife, Kris Jenner, cheated on him during their marriage, left their children unattended and physically abused Kim.
"Kris was kicking and beating her and said she was going to kill [Kim]! Kim was hysterical," the magazine quotes an entry written in 1989.
Kim and her family have denied the claims.
The reality star slammed the reports in a vitriolic rant on the micro-blog on Thursday.
"So my dad's ex is selling ridiculous stories again to tabloids! Do not believe it! Sad when people need $ & get desperate," she wrote, adding, "10 yrs since dad passed &this woman he married 4 2 wks before he died needs 2 get a job instead of trying 2 destroy families w fake stories."
Kim also directly addressed Ellen Kardashian's allegations of abuse.
She did her best to brush off the report.
"PS that story that my mom beat me & threatened to kill me hahahhahaha! I'd beat her! JK truly laughable! #NOTTRUE," she wrote.
Robert Kardashian was married to Kris Jenner from 1978 to 1990. The couple had four children, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Robert.
She married husband Bruce Jenner in 1991. The couple share two teenage daughters, Kendall and Kylie.
