Kim Kardashian has referred to herself as 'Mrs West' in a new Instagram post.
The reality star married rapper Kanye West, 37, in May and the couple are parents to 13-month-old daughter, North.
Although Kim, 33, has discussed adopting her husband's surname in the past, she seemed to confirm the process is officially moving forward on Tuesday by sharing an image of her glamorous passport photo with fans online.
"New passport pic #Mrs.West #NameChange," she wrote in the Instagram caption.
Kim previously took to social media expressing how good it feels to use Kanye's surname.
The star was particularly elated after viewing her updated signature for the first time.
"We were in Prague and we signed plates for the restaurant. This is the 1st time I signed West!! Xo," Kim captioned a photo published on her Celebuzz blog in June, adding more than a dozen hearts.
The image showed Kim holding up a plate, which featured 'Kim Kardashian West' scribbled in marker.
People magazine recently reported Kim and Kanye's family life is idyllic and apparently they are so happy together, the power couple is considering having more children.
"They really enjoy spending time at home," a source informed the publication. "They watch movies together, play in the nursery…go for walks around the neighbourhood.
"They both want more kids. That'll probably happen sooner than later."
On the latest instalment of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim expressed her desire to adopt a girl from Thailand.
Unfortunately her hopes were crushed after she was informed the government discourages people from other countries from giving Thai orphans homes. Kim called the news "so sad" during the episode.
