Kim Kardashian is reportedly anxiously awaiting test results following her pregnancy scare.
The reality TV star is expecting her first child with rapper boyfriend Kanye West and apparently feared she was having a miscarriage on Tuesday when she experienced stomach pains.
Despite her sister Khloé taking to her blog to assure fans the pretty brunette is doing fine, Kim is allegedly still waiting to hear back from the doctor about her condition.
"She's awaiting test results," a source told the New York Post.
"Kim's really scared - this has been a wake-up call that she really needs to slow down and take care of herself. Friends are telling her to lay off the high heels and the high fashion."
The curvaceous star has been keeping busy since announcing her pregnancy at the end of last year.
The mother-to-be even flew to France to sit front row at Paris Fashion Week and it's on the journey back she was said to start feeling unwell.
After landing in Los Angeles earlier this week, the 32-year-old is said to have been rushed to hospital in tears.
Echoing Khloé's reassuring blog post yesterday, another insider insists Kim is well.
"Kim didn't feel well, she went to doctor, had some tests and all is fine. He ordered her to rest," the source said.
Amid the pregnancy scare, there have been worries Kim is taking on too much work and exercising too hard.
However, she is now reportedly considering taking a step back from her hectic work schedule.
"She's very responsible about meeting all her appointments. But she realises this is something serious," the insider continued.
