Kim Kardashian is supposedly worried that her fans have lost interest in her.
The 32-year-old reality star has been in relative hiding at her mother Kris Jenner's California home since giving birth to her and Kanye West's daughter North West in June.
As she lies low out of the public eye, Kim has apparently been exercising vigorously in preparation for a huge post-baby body debut.
The TV personality is reportedly interested in making a lot of money out of endorsement deals for her toned physique, but she is afraid her fan base may be gone by the time she officially steps out.
"Kim has had this plan to show off how great she looks after giving birth and selling the pictures or videos for a lot of money, but she's getting worried that it's been too long and people aren't as excited about seeing her anymore," a source told Radar Online.
"Kim is used to having millions of adoring fans begging to see her all the time, but there has been a shift in her fan base and she's getting nervous that people don't care as much about her.
"Kim's scared that she is going to be forgotten and that she won't be the most famous mom anymore."
British royals Prince William and Catherine Middleton have also welcomed their first child this summer.
Apparently Kim feels that the media interest on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has stolen her thunder.
"After all the excitement the whole world had for Kate Middleton's royal baby Kim had hoped that people would care about her that much, but now she's freaking out that they're not," the insider explained.
Kim Kardashian showed her face for the first time since giving birth to North last week in a short video that aired on her mother Kris' eponymous new talk show.
